Compliance Do's and Don'ts

NOTE: The Henderson State University Department of Athletics has completed the annual EADA Report (Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act).  Any co-educational institution of higher education that participates in a federal student aid program must prepare an EADA report.  Institutions must also report data to the U.S. Department of Education.
The report is now available for anyone interested in reviewing the data.  Questions and inquiries should be directed to the athletic department at Henderson State University.
